We are inviting grain growers across New South Wales (NSW) and Western Australia (WA) to participate in a survey about their experience as employers. The survey results will inform a Remuneration Benchmarking Report, offering grain growers a useful resource to compare their employees’ remuneration with other growers. Remuneration includes wages, salaries, and other benefits such as cash and non-cash payments you pay your workers. This survey is being carried out for GrainGrowers and will help the organisation empower growers to make informed decisions regarding employee recruitment and retention strategies.

Kynetec are members of ESOMAR which means that we follow the market research code of practice and accordingly this is confidential research. Information provided by you in this study will be combined with the responses of other grain growers who participate in this study. No individual responses will be identified.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on Monday 9 June at 11:59 pm (AEST) 2025. Responses received by this date will be entered into the draw for the chance to win one of five Gift Cards worth $200 each. Details are at the end of the survey and below in the Terms and Conditions. Respondents will also receive a copy of the Remuneration Benchmarking Report to allow them to compare their own employees’ remuneration with the other employees at grain growing operations.
